PFTSG provides specialized travel logistics and nightlife intelligence for informational and entertainment purposes only.

04. Elite Conduct & Prohibited Use

All original content, branding, the “Pattaya Reimagined” slogan, and custom design elements (Midnight Navy/Neon Red aesthetic) are the exclusive intellectual property of PFTSG. Unauthorized reproduction will be met with legal enforcement.

06. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PFTSG and its owners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our guides, including but not limited to travel delays, entry denials, or personal safety issues encountered while following our location-based advice.

07. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PFTSG operates. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
